I had a flue fall out of the hinges. Lindemann had a tech out the next day. He not only repaired the flue door, but showed me how it happens and why and explained my best options moving forward. Awesome service!
Lindemann was great to work with. The worked performed was delivered as promised. We had substantial damage to our chimney, cracked from foundation to the cap. Lindemann, repaired-replaced-retuckpointed-recapped our chimney. I do have one recommendation for improvement, in quoting this project. It seemed that we had to chase each of the masonry contractors for estimates….
