Shaun came out to check out and clean our chimney, which we had not done for 13 years. He was very helpful and pointed out problems with the brickwork and the need for a new liner. The chimney had had no work completed since it was built in 1979. We decided to go with 50% of the work recommended, which was bid at roughly $5000. A bit high but now that the work has been done the chimney looks so much better and with the new liner, it will function better too. We have an added plus after all this in that stink bugs no longer have a highway to the interior of our house, which is a real blessing! Thanks Lindemann, we appreciate the help.
