I had been told the appointment time was approximate, but the technician called anyway to say he would be 10 minutes late. He was very nice, checked out the fireplace & chimney and made sure i knew how it all works to operate it safely.

The Lindemann employee’s were very professional, informative, clean and thorough. And, love that I get free firewood in between annual cleanings.
