I had an issue with birds getting into the fireplace. Mike added stainless mesh to prevent entry thru the chimney cap. He went out of his way to fix it in a timely manner.

We were very pleased with the workmanship and attention to questions asked. The workers cleaned up when their work was completed.

I had a flue fall out of the hinges. Lindemann had a tech out the next day. He not only repaired the flue door, but showed me how it happens and why and explained my best options moving forward. Awesome service!
