Lindemann had outstanding customer service. Their “in home” estimating process took me step by step for the potential project. Their fireplace insert software is extremely intuitive and showed me in detail how the insert would look as it’s being built “virtually”. The install crew was polite and used clean fabric tarps to keep my home clean as they worked. Great attitudes, smart workers. I love my new Valor fireplace insert and Lindemann did a fantastic job.
