The technician Sean was very professional arriving on time and communicated well during each step of the process. I removed the a/c ductwork that required access to the work area before the project stated. Sean helped me to install the ductwork after the chimney liner was installed which was not in his scope of work. After the job was completed payment was easy using a credit card and the company electronic payment process. Sean takes a great amount of pride in his work and I would recommended him to any future customer that would require a chimney liner to be installed.
