Friendly staff on the phone. The serviceman Raul was extremely professional and friendly. He was honest and forthright with his assessment of our chimney and did a great job repairing both the chimney and fireplace. He took the time to teach us how to use it. And while on the roof checking our chimney, he took the time to clean out our front gutter with his blower! Definitely above and beyond! Definitely will use this service again!
