Overall, very friendly and professional and they appear to have done a great job inspecting and servicing our chimney and fireplace. I had seen a few negative Yelp reviews where Lindemann allegedly came in and aggressively told people their chimney needed thousands of dollars in repairs. But that did not happen to us - the tech walked us through their inspection and reported that except for one minor issue, our chimney and fireplace were really in good shape. So that was a great experience and I'd plan to use them again for inspections and cleanings.
