We called Lindemann for a second opinion/estimate after the company we had used for years recommended--for the first time--extensive and expensive repairs. Austin was courteous and professional and thoroughly explained his findings. Though he concurred with the first company as to the work needed, there was no sales pressure and his estimate was considerably lower. We hired him on the spot and agreed on a date. When they came, Austin and Jason were prompt, courteous, professional and completed the work as promised while taking great care to ensure that they did not make a mess in the family room or outside where they had to cut the chimney liner and insulation. When they left at the end of the day, we were very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend Lindemann, especially Austin and Jason. We will be using Lindemann for all our future chimney inspections and repairs.
