I really can't understand why these guys are in the 4.5 to 4.7 star rating range? I personally think they should be at a straight 5. Had Kent out to do a cleaning and mentioned to him some cracks that had formed where mortar once was and that my gas burner was slumping (common) a bit. He addressed all my concerns really over and above what I expected. He's even addressing a warranty issue that I recognized and he agreed was an issue. From setting up the appointment to completion of the job everyone at Lindemann has been friendly, outgoing, and professional. All the above is the reason I return to Lindemann year after year. Sorry that the free firewood isn't still part of the deal, but during these times I get it. Will be contacting them in the spring for a cleaning. Thanks Lindemann, I feel safe and secure in lighting a fire for my wife this season that we'll both enjoy.
