Wanted my FP serviced in early December before the holidays. Everyone was booked. Lindemann put me on the list for cancellations, one came up, and the service man was there 15 minutes later. He was knowledgeable, friendly, very patient and informative, and absolutely did not make a mess. Their service call was also less expensive than most other places. Highly recommend it.
